YouTube Channel Suspended? How to get it back!

Since 2022, I've been creating fun, positive content to bring smiles worldwide! What began as a love for toys became a Roblox youtube channel where I found my passion, and met amazing people!
Every video is made with love and excitement to bring joy to people.
For some reason our account was terminated. We appealed asking for a human review but we only got a bot response and now are requesting a Human Review for our Channel Suspension. The channel was terminated without any specific violations being pointed out. This seems to be an error on YouTube’s part, and we want to clarify the situation.
Our channel was suspended without any clear explanation of what exactly led to the action. After thoroughly reviewing YouTube’s Community Guidelines, we found that the typical process for dealing with non-compliant content involves first removing problematic videos, followed by issuing strikes. Channel termination is usually reserved for severe violations or repeat offenses after multiple warnings, none of which we believe apply to our case.
We’ve worked hard to create content that complies with YouTube’s policies, and as of now, we can’t identify any severe violations that would warrant an immediate suspension of our entire channel. This decision seems to be a mistake, and we’re hoping for a resolution.
YouTube's Community Guidelines are clear in their approach: rather than suspending an entire channel immediately, they typically remove non-compliant videos first, followed by issuing strikes. A channel termination usually comes after three strikes or in cases of very serious violations.
We believe that in our case, none of the necessary steps—such as strikes—were followed, and no clear violations have been identified. This makes us confident that our suspension was made in error.
We’re respectfully requesting a review of this decision and the reinstatement of our channel. If there are specific concerns or pieces of content that we’re unaware of, we are more than willing to work to address them. Our commitment is to ensure full compliance with YouTube’s policies moving forward.
However, one of the biggest challenges we’ve faced in this process is the difficulty of getting a human response. All the replies we’ve received so far appear to be from bots, which makes it hard to discuss the details of the suspension or clarify our position.
